Stone blends light to medium pressure massage with hot stones. It relieves
pain and stress. You'll experience the feeling of "ahhhh."
Craniosacral treatments affect the nervous system, the bones of the cranium,
and the spinal column. By balancing the flow and the rhythm of the cerebrospinal
fluid, deep relaxation and profound healing can be achieved.
Pregnancy
Massage is a combination of techniques uniquely integrated to meet
the needs of a pregnant body and restore to the new mother a sense of physical
and emotional balance after the baby is born.
Deep
Tissue, Therapeutic Massage releases the chronic patterns of tension
in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted
areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia.
It is called deep tissue because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle
tissue.
Reflexology is the application of massage to specific areas of the feet which
corresponds with and promotes healing in different parts of the body. Our treatment
will refresh and invigorate you.
