I attended Everest College, Seattle, WA and completed the Massage Therapy/Spa Specialty Program. I received training in Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic/Sports, Pregnancy, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki. Spa Training included: Body Scrubs and Polishes, Hot and Herbal Wraps, Reflexology, Body Masks with Mud, Clay and Seaweed, Ayurvedic Spa treatments and 30 hours of Aromatherapy training.
I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from East Stroudsburg University of PA, 1991.
I love being a massage therapist because I can help people to slow down and center themselves through breathing and bodywork which helps bring them to a place of healing. I work with each client individually to focus on their needs while holding a healing space for the mind, body and spirit.
